Change your mind in the first 14 days—or complete the full programme and judge it properly. If you meet the published conditions and are not happy, your In:House programme fees come back.
What this policy covers.
This policy applies to an individual artist who purchases the initial six-month In:House Artist Management programme directly from In:House. It covers programme fees paid directly to In:House, including the one-off artist-build fee where the relevant guarantee applies.
Bespoke projects, standalone services, the In:House Ibiza artist camp and any later commission-based management relationship have their own agreed terms and are not covered by these programme guarantees unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
14-day money-back guarantee.
You may cancel the six-month programme by emailing us within 14 calendar days of the date your first programme payment is made. If your request is received within that period, we will refund the programme fees paid directly to In:House.
Tell us in writing that you wish to cancel under the 14-day guarantee and identify the name and email used to enrol. Your access and active programme work will end when the cancellation is processed.
Completion guarantee.
We also want you to be able to complete the programme before deciding whether it delivered real value. If you complete the full initial six-month programme, meet the participation conditions below and are still not fully happy, you may request a full refund of the programme fees paid directly to In:House.
Your written request must reach us within 30 calendar days after the programme end date recorded in your client agreement or CRM. Requests made after that window are not eligible for the completion guarantee.
What completing the programme means.
To qualify for the completion guarantee, the programme record must show that you:
- completed the full six-month initial term and kept the agreed programme payments up to date;
- attended the scheduled one-to-one sessions and agreed programme reviews, or rearranged them in advance where a genuine conflict arose;
- completed the weekly assignments and the roadmap tasks marked as required in your CRM;
- submitted the information, music, access, assets and approvals reasonably needed for the team to carry out the agreed work;
- responded to review requests and raised material concerns during the programme so the team had a fair opportunity to address them; and
- sent the completion-guarantee request within 30 calendar days of your recorded programme end date.
We will use the shared CRM, meeting record and agreed roadmap as the objective record of completion. Properly rearranged sessions, agreed deadline changes and documented circumstances outside your reasonable control will not automatically disqualify a claim.
What cannot be refunded.
The guarantees cover money paid to and retained by In:House for the programme. They do not cover costs already paid or committed to third parties, including:
Domains, hosting upgrades, mailing platforms, software subscriptions, payment processing and other external services.
Advertising budgets, paid media, distribution, external promotion and other campaign costs paid outside In:House fees.
Photographers, videographers, designers, studios, manufacturers, merchandise stock, fulfilment and other outside suppliers separately approved by you.
Travel, accommodation, tickets, insurance and personal expenses.
Before approving external spend, we will identify it separately wherever practical so it is clear that it sits outside the money-back guarantees.
How to ask for a refund.
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your name, artist name, the email used to enrol and whether you are using the 14-day guarantee or the completion guarantee.
For a completion-guarantee request, briefly explain why you are not satisfied. This is not an extra test: it helps us understand what failed and improve the programme. Eligibility is based on the published completion conditions rather than whether we agree with your opinion.
When the money returns.
We will acknowledge a refund request promptly and may ask for information needed to identify the payments. Once eligibility is confirmed, the eligible amount will normally be returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Bank or payment-provider processing times can affect when the funds appear in your account.
Only one guarantee can be used for the same enrolment. A completed refund ends the programme relationship and any access, ongoing work or unused programme entitlement attached to it.
Your rights remain.
These guarantees add to, and do not replace or restrict, any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If your signed client agreement gives you more favourable rights, those more favourable terms will apply.
Questions about eligibility can be sent to [email protected] or raised by phone on 0800 341 1174.
