We collect only the information needed to answer you, assess an application, prepare a quote, deliver our work and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we are.
In:House Artist Management, operated by Daniel Williams (referred to as “In:House”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or call 0800 341 1174. A current postal correspondence address is available on request.
This policy applies to inhousemgmt.co.uk, its application and bespoke quote pages, the In:House website assistant, and direct enquiries arising from the site. Third-party sites linked from ours operate under their own privacy terms.
Information we collect.
Your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, artist name and social profile.
Music links, career goals, current position and the information you include in a management application.
Services selected, budget range, preferred timeline, music links and your project brief.
Questions sent through the website assistant, contact form, email, phone or a booked call.
If we work together: agreed services, communications, contracts, payment and invoicing records, project files and delivery notes.
Basic device, browser, IP, request and security information generated when the site is delivered. Our infrastructure providers may process this data to operate and protect the service.
Most information comes directly from you. We may also review information you have made public on artist, social, streaming or professional platforms when assessing fit or preparing work you request.
Please do not send health information, identification documents or other sensitive personal information unless we specifically ask for it and explain why it is needed.
How and why we use it.
To review your request, assess fit, contact you and discuss terms. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in operating a focused artist service.
To provide agreed management, creative or project services and manage payments. Lawful basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations relating to business and tax records.
To respond, arrange meetings and maintain relevant correspondence. Lawful basis: your requested pre-contract steps and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
To deliver, troubleshoot, secure and improve the site. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in providing a safe, reliable service.
We will use consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time.
We do not make decisions about applications or services solely by automated means, and we do not sell personal information.
The website assistant.
The In:House assistant uses an AI service provided through Cloudflare to generate answers. Messages you type are sent for processing so the assistant can respond. Do not include confidential, commercially sensitive or special category information in a chat.
Ordinary chat content is not intentionally added to the In:House leads database. If you choose “Ask Dan” and submit your name, email and question, that enquiry is stored so we can reply. Infrastructure providers may keep limited technical or security logs under their own service terms.
AI answers can be inaccurate. They are general information only and are not used to accept or reject an artist.
How long we keep it.
- General enquiries, quote requests and applications that do not become a client relationship: normally up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact or decision.
- Client, contract, invoice and payment records: for the relationship and normally up to six years afterwards where needed for tax, accounting, dispute or legal requirements.
- Active project materials and correspondence: for as long as needed to deliver the work and maintain an appropriate business record.
- Technical and security logs under our direct control: normally up to 90 days, unless needed longer to investigate an incident or comply with law.
We may delete information earlier when it is no longer needed. We may retain a limited record where necessary to honour an opt-out, establish legal rights or comply with a legal obligation.
Your data rights.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, have it erased, restrict its use, object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. Some rights have exceptions and depend on the lawful basis being used.
You can object at any time to direct marketing. You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interests; we will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the information for legal claims.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity. We normally respond without undue delay and within one calendar month, subject to lawful extensions for complex or multiple requests.
Security and under-18s.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, including restricted access and reputable hosted infrastructure. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our professional services are primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact us before submitting an application or project request.
